Terms of Use
Last updated
These terms apply to the SQDM app, its browser extension and this website.
What SQDM is
SQDM is a download manager that runs on your own computer. Downloads use your own internet connection and are saved to your own disk. We don’t host, index, recommend or provide any content you download with it.
Acceptable use
- Only download and share content you have the right to download and share.
- Don’t use SQDM to infringe copyright or other rights — no piracy.
- Respect the terms of the websites and servers you download from, including their limits on connections and automated access.
- Don’t use SQDM to attack, overload or get around the security of any server.
SQDM contains no torrent search and no integration with any torrent index site. When torrents are turned on, seeding shares data publicly and your IP address is visible to other peers.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you download, share and seed with SQDM, and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use SQDM after a change means you accept the new terms.
