End User Licence Agreement
Last updated
This agreement is between you and the makers of SQDM. By installing or using SQDM you accept it.
Licence
You may install and use SQDM on computers you own or control. After the 30-day trial, SQDM needs a license key. A key is issued for one computer (its Machine ID) and is valid for the period stated when it is issued.
Restrictions
You may not:
- sell, rent or redistribute SQDM, or a modified copy of it, as your own product;
- remove or change copyright or licence notices;
- use SQDM in breach of the Terms of Use.
Open-source components inside SQDM stay under their own licences, listed on the licences page and in the app under About SQDM.
Your data
SQDM stores your data on your computer. See the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
SQDM is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee that it is free of errors or that it suits any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using SQDM — including lost data, lost downloads, or charges from your internet provider.
Ending the licence
The licence ends if you break this agreement. When it ends, stop using SQDM and remove it.
